With the bill installed, the Fish Arrow Riser Jack Jr. functions like magnum crankbait, diving 2-3 feet and deflecting off any cover it comes into contact with. When the bill is removed, the Riser Jack Jr. can be twitched on the surface with a slow retrieve to function as a topwater wakebait with a V-shaped surface pull.
