With the Scimitar AX, Shimano have designed and created a rod specially for the inexperienced angler. The Scimitar Spinning is made from a combination of XT40 carbon with added Geofibre for extra strength. Although the Scimitar comes in at a low price point, it still has a crisp tip action for increased lure action. The Scimitar Spinning rod is a very versatile rod suitable for a range of different lure and spinning techniques and is fitted with Shimano Hardlite guides.
