While these baits have been a timeless classic, the Protail Thumper offers easier rigging, a more durable Protail Softbait Plastic, and a damage-reducing Battle Pocket along the dorsal for reduced softbait damage after multiple fish. Paired with the bluefin tuna and tarpon-tested Ultra Barbarian Jig, these Swimbaits are ready to tackle any trophy species.

Designed for DIY anglers, the Protail Thumper is designed for ultra-thumping vibration and wobble, durability, and simple, perfect rigging every time. Each bait is infused with high-visibility UV pigment and heavy-duty blended soft plastic for solid jig head connections. We recommend pairing it with the Hogy Ultra Barbarian Jig Head for a perfectly balanced presentation, but other jigs heads will work.
